The receptionist was kind and very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not working properly and was even causing the ceiling to move, which made the room very hot, especially for sleeping. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door 10 minutes before check-out to ask if I could leave quickly, mentioning that they were only waiting for me, which felt quite unpleasant.

The bed sheets and pillows smelt like they hadn’t been changed. I was really disgusted. As we checked in just before they clocked off not much could be done but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Self serve check in but lucky there was someone at reception to help us. Reception is not open all the time. Great free carpark. Rooms are modern and comfortable. 30 mins drive to St Tropez, good value for money compared to prices of accommodation in St Tropez. Breakfast was good, except would be nice if it had more diary and gluten free options.

The hotel is nice. They offer breakfast, which is pretty good. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is a little confusing for drivers (Uber, Bolt) to locate for some reason. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, unfortunately. My friend and I stayed there for a weekend and it was a good experience overall.

Perfect option for what we were looking for. There were plenty of parking spaces. Near the places of interests that we wanted to visit. It was a good location, with breakfast, and at a good price.

Good choice, clean, comfy, quiet, good breakfast. Restaurants, Cinema and Carrefour nearby. You need to take a bus from the opposite station to Centre Ville, this is easy with short time and one Euro. Just check the lines and use the right bus to St Maxime and St Tropez.

Excellent hotel and a wonderful experinece

Reservation was made and confirmed on hotels.com but when the guest arrived, the lady at reception insisted there was no room booked and none available. She was very rude and sent the guest away.

Chambre correcte, le côté dressing sur la machine a café, c'est moyen. Une douche corde a sauter, je ne connaissais pas et ne comprends pas le principe. Atomate a l'entré défectueux, alors impossible de prendre le chambre a 14:00 comme prévu mais a 17:00 quand le personnel est là. De plus pas excuses pour cette problématique, mais que le client est de mauvaise foi. A part cela, je ne mettrais plus les pieds dans cette hôtel.
