My husband and I have a wonderful time at this resort. Definitely worth the stay, just be aware of their strategies the use to sale you memberships. It does take time from enjoying your vacation. But overall 10/10!

This was our first trip to the Dominican and it was great. The resort was very well kept and the service was top notch. The food options were very good and there was something for everyone in our party. My only quibble is that we booked an Aqua Club suite and it would have been nice if there was one more Club Lounge location on the property. Not that it is a large property by any means, it would be nice to have another located down by the beach. Otherwise, it was an overall fantastic experience.

My husband and I have stayed at 4 similar (all inclusive, adults only) properties in the D.R. before. All of them were good, but each were lacking something to us. Then we booked a 5 day/4 night stay at the Live Aqua Punta Cana. Let me say that this resort EXCEEDED ALL of our expectations! We just got back home 2 nights ago and cannot stop talking about it and showing our friends & family all our photos. We stayed in room 6110, which was an Aqua Club swim out suite, with a pool view. You can tell from the minute you walk into the main lobby that this is a newer (less than 5 years open) place, but they maintain the property very well. The VIP lounge & check in were luxurious, with warm service, drinks, snacks, and hand/arm massages. Our room was wonderful-no complaints, as advertised. Close to main pool & beach. Foam party was a blast, as was the silent disco! Haven't laughed that much in a while! We ate at every restaurant on site, and our favorites were Miraflores (ceviche) and Chez Rose (French). Don't think we had one bad or disappointing meal our entire stay!Beach area was well kept, minimal seaweed, solid drink service. We also took advantage of the amazing coffee shop on site, picking up cortados, lattes, and americanos each day. We have to give BIG, grateful shout outs to: Hannel @ Liberi (buffet); Amelfy @ Crompton St (sports bar); Yohangel & Salvador @ Miraflores. They went above & beyond ❤️ cannot wait to book our next stay at Live Aqua!

Great staff

The biggest complaint that I have is you’re supposed to have unlimited drinks in your room, especially since I got the Tierra suite which is their top room . as me and my wife enjoy a nightcap every night I was informed after going through all the rum, which took three days that they would not be resupplying room to our room. You only get one bottle. That’s my biggest complaint. Food is excellent. Service is excellent. No one.

Our butler Pedro was amazing, anything we needed he was right on top of it. This property was relaxed and quiet and not ridiculously busy. You don’t need reservations for restaurants which is nice. If you’re looking for a turn up property, this isn’t it. If you’re looking to relax, have drinks, a nice beach, this is the one! This is our second all inclusive and the food was much better at this one, and overall decent as a whole given it’s an all inclusive.

Live Aqua is a very inviting, beautiful property. The rooms are very clean, well appointed with Molton Brown bath products, high end linens and loads of closet space. The food is delicious! The only thing I will say that isn't excellent, but easily manageable with Google translate, is that the language barrier is more difficult than other resorts I've been to. I highly recommend the property and would definitely go back again.

I loved live aqua, once I checked in and told the front desk I was there for my boyfriends birthday they upgraded us, that was cool, they even decorated with some balloons for him, the service was amazing, the food was ridiculously good which is hard to find in all inclusive resorts. The spa was incredible, they have a hydrotherapy pool that was amazing. I fell in love with this resort and everything it offered. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff.

We absolutely loved our stay from the moment we got there until the second we left. The staff were incredible, very accommodating. The room was so so nice. The stay overall was a 20 out of 10. Highly recommended!

The service and quality of the resort is fantastic. I’ve been to this resort multiple times and will continue to come back. The staff is very personable and will go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great experience.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay and the staff was very informative and helpful. Their natural juices are the best. Alot of staff also spoke multiple languages. Highly recommended.
