It isn't my intention to be mean but this was 1 of the most terrible hotel experiences I've ever had. Starting with accessing parking, the building & the room, just terrible. They did provide a ton of instructions but they weren't really helpful. I had no idea that we'd be on the 6th floor in basically the last apartment-room on the floor, & had to walk down 4 hallways in a U-shape because the elevator by the room wasn't working. Again, not informed, so here I am with 2 kids carrying luggage, groceries, etc. to this super far away room. Parking was horrible in the garage & only goes up to the 5th floor, but luckily I was able to find parking on the street. The hallways smelled like trash & curry. And I didn't know that this was like a "college student" type of building, so there were kids hanging out in the garage, constantly coming & going, etc. It's not an age-discrimination thing, but had I known what sort of building it was, I would have found something else. The apartment-room itself was decent & smelled like straight bleach & cleaning products when we walked in, but there were scuffs & dirt-marks on the walls. And everything in it & all the decor is cheap, like that college-line of products they sell at Walmart. It looked much better online than it actually does. And the beds were sooo uncomfortable; like laying on boxes. It was just not what I expected AT ALL, especially for the price! I'm grateful that they gave me $50 back but I definitely deserved more.

Small, clean space. However… Entrance of building- as jail. Elevator not working Super dirty stairs. Door knob in the floor entrance door completely missing. Lots of creative thinking was done to open it. The studio- The fridge kept us up the whole entire night.

It felt very at home!

the security and comfort of the apartment was priceless. Kasa is located in a perfect area of Arlington that is accessible to the city.

Always a good property to stay at when visiting downtown Arlington, Texas.

Anytime I come to the Arlington area I stay with Kasa because they never disappoint!!! The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful.

Property is excellent, with exception of broken elevators

Everything going good I recommend you stay there be away from the train pass 4 to 5 times all night and that will make your apartment complex shake like a earthquake

Excellent location in the middle of downtown Arlington !!

Very nice place and a very, very good deal for the money. The only detractor was how confusing the instructions are to check in. get it, but since the instructions cover all the differences in how to get in and find any of the units, rather than having specific instructions for each unit or set of units. What y'all should do is take the time to simplify the instructions and customize them for the floor and unit (or set) since they really are only confusing because they are SO LONG. You're already automating them, so simply creating sets of instructions rather than one is just a couple hours or so of programming time. Still, great deal for the quality of the stay.

Loved the place, love how it was centered to us and it was clean and well maintained

My daughter is a UTA student, wasn’t feeling the greatest. I cooked over at her place & brought over some homemade meal & she had her friends come & enjoy dinner & watch tv. Convenient.

Was charged even through the property was the one that canceled my reservation

It was a good place close to the places we had to go the neighbors are really nice and the beds were comfortable especially the pillows. But love the stay recommend it
