I was very satisfied with the room facilities and the service provided by the staff. Due to a family tragedy, I had to check out midway through the night, but they did not offer a refund or anything like that.

The room is spacious and airy, but the bathroom has a bit of a sewer smell. Good service

The apartments are really cool and very nicely designed and furnished. All is very clean. The bed super comfortable. The service is very good. Highly recommended.

Medical room, 11th floor, each crime is a view of the construction site and it's amazing everything is available from dishwashers to washing machines and ovens 🤭

I am very satisfied with the service here. I rented a 75m2 apartment, spacious, clean. I went in the coldest weather but the heat in the apartment was very ok. Turn it on a little bit and it was warm. The room was clean, the picture and the check-in time were the same. Although it was an apartment, there were cleaning staff every day. However, the room was quite far from the entertainment areas such as Hoan Kiem Lake or the central location. I think it is suitable for those who travel more for relaxation. Will come back if I have the chance.

Booked a room and paid a surcharge for 4 people, but there was not enough furniture for extra booking: 2 sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste, no bed mattress, room only enough for 2 people to sleep. In addition, the room's facilities are not complete as stated in the description: the electrical outlet is flickering, the bedroom air conditioner is broken on one side, there is no projector. Tv also doesn't have many channels, only youtube. The view is also bad because it's on a low floor and can't be pre-selected, so it can't be considered a penthouse Before checking in, I actively called the front desk service but still couldn't get the guest's information, asked again and again many times, in the end still do not support extra beds or full furniture. Dissatisfied because the price paid is not commensurate with the quality.
