Mal aroma en el cuarto, como si alguien hubiera fumado y no hubo agua caliente

The phone was not working in the room. There was no hot water until maintenance went to fix issue, the shower had hairs, toilet seat stained and bathroom floor dirty (spots that came off when we wiped it with a tissue) I was very surprised because my first stay for 14 days 3 days prior to my second check in was amazing!

My first stay was Amazing! Second stay, 2 days after first 14 night stay, not that good. Room was dirty, hairs in the shower, dirty bathroom floor. No hot water. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to report this because the phone in the room was not working

La primera habitación que me asignaron olía demasiado a cigarro aun y que está prohibido fumar dentro del hotel, nos cambiaron de habitación y el joven que acudió a hacer el cambio fue muy grosero. La segunda habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y había chinches y olor a drenaje.

Elegant and simple style. We like everything about this hotel easy check-in not even 3 minutes time and had my room key ready. Located in a nice and safe area in Celaya and very convenient for shopping and food places. Definitely coming back again!!!

El área de restaurante ha mejorado mucho el personal ya siempre son muy amables y serviciales igual que en la recepción. Limpieza de habitación especialmente en la regadera no es óptimo. El señor de seguridad viejito se dedico a hostigarnos el viernes y sábado tuve q llamar a recepción para que lo controlaran. El otro señor de seguridad es amable.
