It’s not a 4 star hotel any more as it’s old and not much updated so it feels like from the 90s . However a very good location for restaurants and shopping and nice staff so it’s ok.

The hotel is old and noisy. There is a nightclub next to it, with loud music until late. Limited parking facility.

Ideal town centre location ten mins walk from train station Relatively inexpensive compared to the outrageous prices in Milan for the show.

Was nice place, the staff was helpful and polite

On a quiet street next to the historic center, the 5 story hotel has great views of the mountains. But the adjacent hookah bar allows smokers outside, so it is noisy until they close. Nice people at the front desk and housekeeping. Would stay again.

Good location, rooms ok, could have been cleaner! Very rude breakfast lady.

The hotel is perfect walking distance to a quaint shopping area

There are only two positives about this property: location and staff. Everything else was a two star hotel. The beds and headboards in the rooms and lobby couches HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!! The breakfast buffet was boring and bland, the smell of the hotel was not pleasant, the room bathroom was big, but the water drain kept getting clogged because the apparatus was defective and old. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it was probably in 1990, but not anymore.

Freundliche, hilsbereite Rezeption. Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie 2 Zimmer durch eine Türe getrennt, welche zuerst verschlossen war. Rezeptionistin hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.

Un gran hotel . Este viaje fue de 8 dias de estancia. Fue muy agradable me brindaron un acenso de catwgoria a la suite sin costo extra. Tienen un desayuno muy bariado pero sibre todo delicioso. Todos los dias la srita que atiende el bufet. Es muy cordial y nos hacia sentir en casa con una atencion muy personalizada ahin teniendo muchos comensales . Felicidades por tener un gran Equipo.
