We’re disappointed that the hotel did not provide airport transportation after 2 PM, despite it being listed as an available service. This was not mentioned in the reservation, and even after we contacted the hotel the night before to arrange it, no one informed us of the limitation. It wasn’t until check-in that we were told the van was in the shop. It would have been helpful to receive that information when we initially reached out, as we were trying to make arrangements in advance. As a result, we had to pay for a cab unexpectedly. Had we been advised earlier, we could have planned differently. We specifically chose this hotel because transportation was advertised, so the lack of communication significantly affected the value of our stay. We're also disappointed that we weren’t reimbursed or even offered a credit for the out-of-pocket expense.

At this time was construction on the site and was hard to get in and out of the parking lot and for that you need it to drive a few miles to do a u turn if you want to go to The main city this was not a good experience at this location took me 1 hours to get to the airport

Great place to stay at for short visit

Very nice and comfortable room

We were checked into an already occupied room. We opened the door, saw belongings of another party, left the room and reported the mistake to the front desk. They were surprised. Issued us a new room which was vacant. No coffee until 6 a.m. No breakfast till 7 on Sunday.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Guadalajara Airport and has a free shuttle service that runs every hour. The price of the hotel rooms is very competitive for the area. However, don't expect more than that. Very convenient if you have a long layover and want to take a nap and shower but expect nothings else.

I did not see any VIP anything. I was not offered free breakfast (I specifically asked) or anything extra. Additionally, I waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle from the airport which never appeared. Finally, I had to take an Uber to the hotel at my own expense. I am displeased and wish i had not stayed here.

Staff was always too busy. Seemed like construction was happening above my room. Bathroom was dirty. Food is way over priced.

Parking easy. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. No places walkable. Gym needs updating.
