The room was spacious enough to open a suitcase, not as cramped as it looked in the photos. The room was clean, and the location was close to Kyoto Station. The road to the hotel was also smooth and safe for carrying luggage. I asked for an iron at the front desk and even borrowed a pair of scissors, and they were very helpful. There's a water dispenser, coin-operated laundry machine, coin-operated dryer, and a shared microwave on the first floor near the lobby. You can also leave your luggage in the lobby upon checkout.

The location is very convenient. It's still quite a walk from Kyoto Station, but manageable. The best part is that it is located very near the Aeon Mall, which allows you to shop for late-night discounts for tomorrow's breakfast. The room is pretty spacious too. I brought 1 medium & 2 small baggages and it was fine. They also have coin-laundry services & a water refill machine. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful too, no issues at all.

It was my second time in Kyoto, and it was also my second time staying here. You can reach the train station easily, comfort neighborhood, the cleanliness is chef's kiss!! I also love the warmth that the front officer showed to the customer. Probably be back! 🙆🏻‍♂️

Everything is fine. Just cross the street is Aeon Mall, and a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Station.

Convenient transportation, near the station and shopping mall, can check in and pick up by yourself.

The reception area is very small, it makes the room very full especially if many guests leave their luggage in the area. The check-in process takes some time because there are so many steps and they are repeatable. But the check-out process is very easy, so great! The location is good, walking distance to Aeon mall and to Kyoto station. Overall good.

The air is still cold, the AC/Heater in the room is already on at 30°, but it's still cold, a bit chilly, but the blankets are immediately warm.
