Spacious room and modern furnishings and decoration. Relatively near to train station so it's convenient to get around. Nice quiet surrounding. Breakfast was medicore for the price. Would not have opt for breakfast. A little pricey but comfy.

The hotel was good but with a few letdowns. We got the king bed room on the executive floor. We soon realised that they have merged two single beds to form a king bed. The room was super cramped as well for a room on the executive floor. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us a box of chocolates for our anniversary as well. The hotel is conveniently located near to two train stations but it is quite further in Osaka. The executive lounge is peaceful but food options were limited for Muslims and the breakfast spread was limited also. The room toilet had a bidet and strong flush system which was good for us. Honestly for the price paid and for a five star hotel, the services can be better.

Hotel itself is impressive and staff service is excellent. However, as we came to Osaka for a holiday, we found ourselves to walk a lot more as the distance to the train station like 10 min walk. We had to walk to and fro at least 2 times everyday as there are no restaurants nearby nor attractions. But overall, would recommend if they don't mind the distance.

Its a good hotel but limited facilities. Front reception officers were very friendly, but not cleaning service. I didn't find any smiles on their faces even when you were talking/asking nicely to them. They did answer but short answers and no smiling at all. For breakfast, its more to Japan western style. Not many varieties though. Its ok in taste. Location not very convenient. We need to walk quite a bit to the train station and there were no shops at the train station. We got rooms facing the main road and there were some sounding like "racing motor bike" every night and its quite annoying. Luckily its not too long.
