This was my first trip to Jamaica, and my friend recommended this hotel. I ended up canceling my reservation at another hotel to stay here, and it was the best decision I could have made. It was just me and my 8 year old, and we had an incredible time. My son was so sad when we had to leave, he even cried! He gave the hotel a 10/10, saying it was the best vacation he’s ever had. We both loved all the amenities and had an unforgettable experience.

Overall, my stay was amazing! However, rooms should be ready no later than 30 minutes after checking in. It should not take 2 hours for your room to be ready after checking in.

Latoya at check in was really great. She sets the tone for your vacation. In general, customer service around the property was excellent. love that they have various dining options. Taste of the food was also good. However, they need to pay attention to the quality of the rooms. The furniture need to redo. They look old and had mildew marks on them. The bathroom seems to need regrouting or was it mildew spots. Mini bar cabinet had holes in it. Glass railing on balcony needs cleaning. Rooms need refreshing to make it perfect.

Need more activities during the day. Pretty boring. Walk around with ice cream snacks and treats mid day.

Loved this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Lots of actiyduring the day. Dining options were superb. Really can't wait to stay here again. 10/10 recommend

Very clean property and food is great, however customer service is lacking big time! Nothing I’ve ever experienced before on other all inclusives. Do not expect beach or pool service - maybe a tiny bit if you do the privilege package but over all that isn’t worth it either. Privilege package is equivalent to basic service you would get at any other resort n

Great property, great entertainment

The hotel and grounds were good and the potential to be excellent. Despite this we had a great time away. The restaurant Sugar Cane was fantastic and the Martha’s Market buffet was decent. Night-time entertainment was great and bowling was fun! It would be great if premium alcohol could be added. The pool on the family side was nice and big and always clean. Downside was the beds and pillows- hard and uncomfortable and pillows were flat or too hard. The Italian restaurant was very disappointing. The staff were very friendly and personable and always wanted to ensure their guests were having a good time.

Ocean Coral Springs was amazing , from the amazing views to the amazing staff . Everyone took so much care for us . Definitely returning soon .

I received terrible services at the restaurants. Most days they did not want to serve guests and made excuses. The food was often cold. I feel that they cater to non-black persons and treat those who were born in Jamaica negatively. The servers at the kids pool were amazing, the lifeguards were great and friendly. We arrived a little after 10am, one room was ready by 2:30pm and the other 3:45pm, the resort was not full to capacity and persons who came after us had rooms assigned. The resort is beautiful but the service is awful, I would not recommend.
