The people are very friendly and very nice. I feel at home here. I’ve been here for almost a week now I signed up for the Oro Verde reward program. Everything‘s good. I hope to return soon. It’s very good service. His hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve seen in my 15 years of travel. It’s very clean very nice very high-quality. The only problem is that the rooms are a little bit small but they do have an elevator. The staff is very attentive. The food is excellent quality. The breakfast is excellent. Everything’s excellent so all they’re missing is the pool but it’s a great place. I would definitely recommend.

The room was spacious and clean and modernly decorated. Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.

Great staff. Helped me get room service even though I was having a hard time with my Spanish. Concert happened, but only went to 11pm so I got a good sleep before having to go to the airport.

The hotel is about 1 1/3 blocks from the main square with level ground. Shops nearby ranged from elegant fashion and restaurants (a good variety, to a hair salon, electronics and a dollar store. Located across the street from a bank, the hotel seemed quite secure. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices. All the staff were exceptional. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and any requests we made were immediately fulfilled. Our suite was clean and well furnished. We would definitely choose this property if we were in Loja again.

At the time we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the room we had reserved was not available. Instead, they gave us a room very close to the kitchen, where the noise was terrible early in the morning. We couldn’t get the rest we deserved.

Greatest service

En general todo muy bien . El unico problema fue que se escucha todo de las habitaciones. Yo me senté en las escaleras del piso 4 y escuchaba todo de las habitaciones del piso 3. Y por supuesto escuchas todo lo de afuera , no tomaron en cuenta la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Very nice people they let me check in early and we had a great meal at lunch time and then went shopping all day a very safe very clean hotel seems to be well run and then a good area I would definitely recommend it the restaurant stuff is also very nice the waitress was very good and the front desk service was excellent as well
