The entire staff at Le Meridan has been absolutely wonderful with their kindness, helpfulness and hospitality. The food in each restaurant, Jade, Turquoise and Jaspers has been so delicious. The serving staff in Jaspers, Sneha, Biswa, Naveen and host Rupesh just made the dining experience so enjoyable. Was suppose to leave today but decided to stay a couple extra days.

As someone with over 15 years of experience staying at 5-star hotels across India and globally—including hotels like Trump Tower, Trident, Sofitel, JW Marriott, Leela, Vivanta, Ritz-Carlton, and Hyatt—I’ve come to expect a certain standard of service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Le Meridien was a clear outlier and deeply disappointing. The check-in experience was disorganized, with front desk staff displaying poor communication skills, inexperience, and a lack of the professionalism expected at a hotel of this caliber. I also received a call at 10pm encouraging me to sign up for a membership—an intrusive and ill-timed disruption that lacked consideration for guest privacy and comfort. Operationally, several issues stood out: the door battery ran out, a musky odor greeted me upon entering, the air conditioning was inconsistent throughout the hotel, and the security staff behaved in an indifferent and insensitive manner. Overall, the property failed to deliver on the fundamentals of a 5-star experience—both in service and operations. A significant gap exists between the brand promise and the actual guest experience.

Beautiful well maintained hotel. The staffs were amazing. Vishal and Krishna at the Turquoise were superb. The good quality food and overall service was excellent. The only Small remark I would like to make is all the good items and menus were very spicy. People with health conditions had no options. For sure we will come back to Le Meridien.

I was here for 2 nights, and was most impressed by how clean the hotel is — and I’m very, very particular about cleanliness! The room looks and feels like new, and it’s well appointed for a good, comfortable stay. The staff also was warm, hospitable, and professional, and managed well even in the madness of the breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend Le Meridien, and I would also return without a second thought.

I liked the service it was outstanding. The bar tender on the second floor Pavan Kodagali went above and beyond what we asked of him. He fixed any issue that came up and very quickly. He spoke excellent English which made it so much easier to explain issues. The location was so close to two big malls you could walk to.. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. If I had to it would be there isn't a Le Meridien where we are going next year. t

Everything at this hotel is top notch. Be it food, house keeping, breakfast buffet, spa or anybody who works here. We made several requests during our stay for our baby as well for ourselves and all were fulfilled. From baby bassinet to changing mattress, laundry etc. we were even given a farewell cake on our last day at the hotel.Everyone is courteous and a thorough professional. Highly recommend.

We had a shocking experience : on arrival we were informed that there is no room available for our reservation and that we will be shifted to Westin (another Marriott property nearby) . We were told that existing guest decided to over stay and that’s why our reserved room is not available. Obviously we were shocked and upset but whatever is the reason to why it happened only thing we can appreciate is the quickness is arranging our alternative stay and transport. Westin seem like a bigger better hotel.
