I had a bad trip right from the booking stage. Looking up on the app, the hotel still reported that there were still rooms available, but when they arrived, the hotel owner reported that the room was full and transferred himself to another hotel. It is worth mentioning that the room received is not commensurate with the money spent, in my opinion because of the lack of amenities and the unclean hygiene. Since I have already paid in advance, I have no choice but to reluctantly accept it. The hotel should have informed the room status early so that I could consider another option, not hanging a goat's head, selling meat like that!
