Excellent and characterful boutique hotel in historic town center. Highly recommended.

Area felt safe, very good food & service in the hotel. Staff couldn’t be nicer! Need to walk for other dining options & tourist sites.

Excellent service! They run out to get your luggage, explain the amenities at the hotel, and show you to your room and the room’s features. Very clean! Very reasonably priced which included a bouquet of flowers, lots of snacks, a bottle of water, and a bottle of wine in our room. Hotel restaurant is almost as good as some expensive restaurants in large USA cities, but reasonably priced. The food and drink choices were plentiful and delicious.

Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant. Lunch was delicious - breakfast is fine but not as differentiating as the rest of the experience. We could hear a woman’s choir singing when we left the hotel in the morning. Would love to come back.

The hotel is one of the most amazing places i have stayed. From the room, food, staff, dining courtyard, rooftop, etc. Immersed in art, history, and an elegant setting. Staff could not have been more friendly and supportive.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. Amazing beds and rooms. Great housekeeping and staff. It is at the end of a road that is a bit unsafe at night since police don’t patrol that area so taxi is best (and very cheap) - during the day it’s fine.

This hotel and its staff are truly amazing. My wife and I felt safe and very well taken care of. There was no limit to what the staff would do to comfort us and take care of our needs. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, there is a doorman there constantly as well as on the front desk. The breakfast was and included with the room, their cappuccino and orange juice was also very good and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. They have trips they can call and organize for you if you ask at the front desk. They have an amazing bar, and view of the city on the roof top. Great restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and stays open late. They even surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for a birthday and we didn't ask for this but they just did it and it made our evening. Their decorations and ambient is also so well thought of as well as their flowers and plants. They have professional ladies they call to come to the hotel and give you a massage in a massage room (must pay separately and make and appointment for this). We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. The staff have been fabulous and can’t do enough to make your stay extra special. The food has been really good and the view from the rooftop bar is beautiful at night. Can’t wait to come back.

Tha staff was absolutely spectacular. From the entrance guard, to the bell boy, the waiter to the manager, all excellent.

Hotel was very unique in its style. Very convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. Menu at the restaurant and at breakfast was amazing. Staff makes you feel home and welcomed. I would like to mention David who was attentive, helpful and caring. He made my stay just an outstanding experience! Place you want to come back.

A surprising gem of a hotel located at the quiet end of a long street, calle Rocafuerte. Walking distance to many nice visit spots in the old city. The hotel itself is well equipped and the staff were all very friendly, very helpful and intent on ensuring our stay there with them, though short, was the best experience that we had. I would go back in an instant!

I like everything insidw the property. Amenities, staff and specially the view of the city at night from the terrace bar. However the surrounding streets were dirty and unsafe. The hotel lobby door had to be locked for safety!
