Room was too cold in the night. Shower water was not mixed well hot/cold.

Better than most places to stay in Mbeya.
Nice and clean!
Seeing monkeys outside in the mornings and evenings running on a nearby wall is a bonus!

Lovely little hotel with a beautiful garden area. The breakfast and dinner were also very good with a surprising number of vegetarian options. Though breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 it was more like 7:30 so didn't get to enjoy before running off to meetings.
