Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives.

The whole experience was amazing. The gym area needs work on but you can use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner. The food was superb. The staff are incredible. 98/100 overall.

The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the pool area. Not enough room and not enough sun beds when hotel full. It’s also totally enclosed with no view whatsoever. Much better option is a short walk to the beach and rent sun bed from one of several operators. Most of the private pool rooms don’t have a ‘private’ pool as they are at adjacent to the central public space. No atmosphere in the bar area in the evening despite musical entertainment. Room was spotless and housekeeping was superb.

This is an exceptional resort, high standards and service, whilst maintaining its warmth and hospitality. Lovely staff, Maria, Sarah and everyone wonderful. We also experienced the spa treatment and vegan 8course degustation, amazing! It’s an oasis in Zante.

Great stay!

The staff were very helpful and nice throughout. Always going above and beyond to make the stay special. The hotel itself was nice, modern looking with a good sized rooms, a bar/pool area and restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, you get to use the sister hotel too that's just around the corner. (The gym there is a lot bigger & better. The Spa is great, definitely recommend it. The only thing I would point out is the music, it's a radio station which is terrible, kills the atmosphere. Location is fantastic 5 mins walk to the beach & harbour and 5 mins into the centre of Tsilvi. No noise in the evening very peaceful after 11pm 👌

Most wonderful hotel, I arrived with high expectations and they did not disappoint. Everything is thought of and no trouble if you need anything extra. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.
