Great location, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast located around the corner. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower and the time it took to heat up.

Need to improve the hot water heater. Some of the personnel are not friendly. For example, I forgot my room keys and the front desk attendant didn’t offer me any assistance.

I chose this hotel because I needed an apartment style hotel because I traveled with a child. This was perfect for my needs and it had a full kitchen, a bedroom and living room. The area is very quiet but still very near the main attractions of the area. It included breakfast but you need to go to a restaurant by parque Colón to eat it, that’s like 3 blocks away. They don’t allow visitors to your apartment.

Terrible ! No window. Ventilation poor. A cup of brown sludge in the bathroom. We left within two hours.

Bad service overall

Great location. Excellent staff and very clean, practical room. Nothing fancy, but a great price in the heart of the colonial zone.

The room was comfortable. Found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Could also hear the guest in the other room. But all in all a very nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cataleya in Zona Colonial! The hotel was charming, nice, and impeccably clean. A special shoutout to the manager, Gaby, who was extremely welcoming and made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

The work on the facility, especially the rooms, exhibits poor workmanship. Owners don't appear to be committed to quality repairs and amenities.

No hot water, no top sheet, black mold at bottom of shower. In addition, some may feel that the art on the walls is inappropriate for children. The best part is the employees, they are very helpful, cheerful and considerate.

First in order to check in i had to turn around several blocks three times, after finding a parking spot about two blocks away we walked to the hotel, we check in and after a couple of hours, due to being uncomfortable with the beds, I was expecting a queen size bed and the room given was a two full bedroom Even though I tell them that it was my honeymoon the room was plain and not what I was waiting so we left and got home about 4 am to sleep better
