The AC is not cold enough, the room is not clean enough

The room is compact, clean too. But yesterday the room I stayed in had only wind AC, the hot water wasn't hot either. The location is good, near The Park Mall, near Puri too. Lots of sockets, there is a dispenser that can be hot or cold. On the rooftop there is a cafe with delicious food 👍🏻

The place is nice, the staff is friendly and the price is quite cheap with a good location, there is only one thing that needs to be fixed, namely the check-in system takes a few minutes due to limited admin, but apart from that, it's good, recommended.

From the outside, it looks great, the appearance and cleanliness are like a luxury hotel. But when I entered the room, it was really narrow and the noise from the neighbors could be heard clearly. The hot water wasn't on when I was there.

Affordable Price and worth it.. I have an activity on Jl Pandanaran, going to the location is quite close, only 7 minutes. And quite happy Because the wife is waiting at the hotel not bored, because she can hang out at the hotel coffeeshop.

There is a prayer room, unlimited coffee and tea, the bathroom has hair when checking in

Please check and fix: 1. room cleanliness (cigarette smell and other unpleasant aromas in non-smoking rooms), stains on sheets + mattresses, bathrooms that do not reflect any cleaning service after previous guests check out. 2. apply standards of order (anti-noise) at certain times, especially during the 5 daily prayer times and during breaks. 3. the floor drain function in the bathroom is not working (water is stagnant throughout the bathroom) 4. check the tools provided in the room before checking in! towels look like they have never been washed! 5. many minors are free to enter and exit the hotel! please fix it!!!

Check-in still uses the ID card system, so remember not to leave it behind when checking out. The room is okay, according to the price. The AC is on, the hot water is on, amenities are available. Lots of plugs, safe and no fighting. The distance to the city center is close, the airport is also close. There is a cafe on the top floor, so it's safe if you're too lazy to go out to buy food.

I stayed with my family, there are children and parents, unfortunately this hotel is not smoke-free, smoking is not allowed in the room but in the hotel hallway it is allowed, all night I smelled cigarette smoke from outside entering the room. The cleanliness of the room, sheets and bathroom is lacking. The plus here is there is a cafe on the 4th floor with decent coffee and food, and the room TV has a smart TV that can play Netflix.

Strategic location, staff are also friendly, but for the cleanliness of the room please improve it in the future, the bed sheet and blanket have some stains that are quite disturbing, and the pillow case is also a bit smelly, so it is a bit disturbing to the comfort when resting. Small hotel, limited parking and AC is not cold enough, shower water is also very small. Not comfortable for family and rest.

The blanket is a bit dirty, it looks like it hasn't been replaced, but it's comfortable.
