Hotel Soft: A Sparkling Gem in the Old Town My recent stay at Hotel Soft was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness. The entire hotel, from the lobby to my room, was spotless. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of Hotel Soft is simply fantastic. Being right next to the Old Town and New Town (almost half way between the 2) and just a few minutes away from the beach made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. This prime location was a huge plus and made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Soft to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Old Town. You can live almost like the locals. The combination of sparkling cleanliness, a kind and helpful staff, and a superb location makes it an excellent choice.

The hotel is close to all major tourist attractions and the room service was great.

Great little hotel in central area, walking distance from most "attractions" (about 15 min walk to the sea). Decent price, Rooms are big and spaceous, clean too. Staff is great. Only downside is, if you are a light sleeper, ther is a popular internet cafe right next door, and occasionally groups might gather to smoke on the street, and can sometimes get little loud. Other than that, really decent place to stay, and i will definitely stay again when i return to batumi in nesr future.

Good value for this quality of accomodation . Gorgie is always around to assist guests , he is helpful and cares . Location is center of the city , therefore shopping and eating busineses are many araund the hotel . We will return…

Brilliant hotel in the heart of the old town Batumi. Everything you could want, kitchenet, washing machine, microwave ect. Hotel is well kept and staff is really friendly. If going to visit Batumi, I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was located in a great place, nice shower and towel rack. My husband and I felt the springs and wire of the mattresses while trying to sleep. Not very comfortable

located perfectly in Batumi. Amazing facilities and a large room including kitchen. It is only a 15 minute walk to get into the heart of the city. The beach is even closer, lots of restaurants and bars are nearby.

Excellent service by reception staff. Clean room. Laundry service is 50 Lari here. A little expensive but it was in-house, so we were ok with it. The clothes didn't dry in time, so they discounted the price and we only had to pay 10 Lari for the laundry service, which was great. They handled it very professionally. Location is close to a lot of good restaurants and museums.

Amazing service - they could not have been more helpful with any question I had. Even walked me down the street to help me find a store selling gift cards for the wedding I was attending!

Ancaq oteli seçərkən çox suallarımız olurdu.Soft Otelin əməkdaşı bütün suallarımızı mehribancasına cavablandırdı və həm otelin ətrafı həm Batumi haqqında məni maraqlandlran sualların hamısına dəqiqliklə tez bir zamanda cavab verdi. Səyahətimiz zamanı həm otelin təmizliyi həm xidməti ən çox da yerləşməsindən çox razı qaldıq. Batuminin əsas görməli yerlərinə 3-5 dəqiqə ərzində piyada getmək mümkündür. Otelin düz yaxınlığında market, restoranlar, park. avtobus dayanacağı yerləşir. Otağın təmizliyi və genişliyi bizi razı saldı. baxmayaraqki biz mətbəxsiz otaq seçmişdik ancaq otel işçiləri o dərəcədə mehriban idiki bəzən uşaq üçün yeməyin isidilməsi və hazırlanmasında da köməklik göstərirdilər. Bizim üçün xoş bir səyahət oldu. Bir daha Batumiyə səfər edərsək yenə də Hotel Softda qalacağımıza əminəm.
