Room is rather small but enough for sleeping only. No elevator. Room has all the amenities.

Location is brilliant - literally just off Rembrandt Plein. Room was good size. Bed was comfy - pillows bit on the soft side for me tho. Staff friendly and polite. Main downside was the bass coming from the club a few doors down.

Very clean! Quiet! Close to cafe’s, grocery store, flower market…5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Van Gogh museum and Rijsmuseum. Take tram at Rembrandt square to central train station. Very easy 2 minute walk to pickup.

Hotel Frank was amazing! It was in a perfect location that felt close to the centre but nice and quiet. The room was perfect, spacious and cosy! The staff went above and beyond to be so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again one day!

Very quaint and clean establishment. Some facilities were difficult for 2 people to share (sink, lighting by sink). Ideal for solo travelers. Helpful staff.

Really nice hotel

Friendly staff and very clean property. Extremely convenient to get to places and very walkable. We stayed in the Royal room which had beautiful views due to the large windows. But did get hot inside during the day due to the direct sun (it was around 62F outside). Also the staircase is quite narrow & steep so watch for that. But overall a beautiful place in a beautiful location

I cannot begin to compliment the staff and service level enough. On top of that this is the cutest boutique hotel in the most ideal location in AMS. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, well maintained, historic hotel run by amazing people. The owners are very polite and helpful - the hotel exceeded our expectations- located very conveniently and right on a canal. You can explore all the main attractions by foot or with easy connections to the tram. We will most certainly stay here again when our travels bring us to this beautiful city

The hotel is the in a fantastic location and is charming given its age. We stayed in a room in the “Attic” which was unique. The stairs were scary as they are steep and narrow. Our room had everything we needed, however we were constantly navigating the beams and the lighting was not enough. There was dust in nooks and crannies. Loved the staff; they were kind and thoughtful. I’d try another room if I were to stay again as the location was soo good for getting around.

This is a very old hotel. You have to understand that there are some things in the building that can't be changed. There is no elevator. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The stairs treads are thin and very steep. The lighting in our room was inadequate. The staff was very nice. They helped with our bags. They were not very helpful as far as what to do in the area.

Hotel was very cute! Very old with a lot of character. However, only downside was that it was in a very noisy part of town and it was very loud outside until the very early hours of the morning, making sleep very difficult.

Overall very good and convenient. Room AC, and I realize it has a low setting of 19, room based on a thermometer we had noted 23-24, with the setting at 19. Perhaps thermostat issue. Just a note. Otherwise the room was great and unique.
