A lovely old building. At present having some work done on the roof. Scaffolding doesn't detract from the internal spaces or the lovely views across the Bristol channel.

A functional room to the side of the pub, so not noisy. Entrance way was functional, and room was the accessible one. Large bathroom, comfortable bed. Tiny TV, with no art work or features.

Chose the Moon and Sixpence as it was close to Clevedon hall for a wedding we attended. Very straight forward checkin, big spacious room. Everything was clean and room set up was very nice. Breakfast was very good too! Thanks for a lovely stay.

The Shower mounting was loose. I slipped off the loose toilet seat and nearly banged my head on the bathroom sink. The door to the bathroom was disgusting. there was brown stains on the mattress protector and very bad damp stains in the bedroom. the room was small and shabby with broken bedside lights. No headboard on the bed, Small television with wires hanging loose. Unable to leave windows open as people up and down alley all night. This location is not any where near the value it charges.

No frils, straightforward accommodation which is well situated on the seafront by the pier. Owners and staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, would stay here again if in the area.

Rather tired room with very steep stairs. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Small things would improve the room eg soap holder in shower and a shelf over the hand basin. Friendly and attentive service and generous breakfast.

We stayed there as it was convenient for a conference we were attending close by. Clevedon was lovely, the hotel was ideally situated on the sea front. We were told we had been upgraded, our room was large and comfortable with an extra bed and sofa. We ate in the bar in the evening, the menu was typical pub food, but reasonably priced and very tasty. Breakfast was included and we were offered cereals, toast and a full English, which again was very well cooked and perfectly adequate. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Wall view immediately outside bedroom window with people walking past. Lighting in hallway not working and very dark, shower tray overflowing as very slow draining. Damp cold room as heating not on and unable to turn on. Condensation on windows in the morning. Only one night stay, maybe that was why we had such a poor room we don’t know. The barman when we checked in asked had we been before and after our experience we won’t be coming back. The couple serving breakfast were pleasant and the breakfast was ok.

Nice location right on the sea front with the benefit of a traditional pub for drinks and dinner. friendly staff, and the room was small but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Generally comfy hover we found the pillows a bit lumpy and the room was warm but being in the ground floor and easily accessed we didn’t want to leave the window open but otherwise a good stay and the breakfast is good.

Easy to find and ample parking. Young lad in the pub checked us in and showed us to our room which was clean and tidy. A sea view would have been nice but we were only stopping off for one night on way to Burgh Island
