Booked for two, but struggled to get two towels everyday - no toiletries in bathroom- breakfast often late, staff too noisy, some even singing, not serving! Help themselves soon after starting late- gym access a delay experience every time -

No toiletries in bath room. Booked for two never could two towels from normal room service. Breakfast always set up late, staff engaged in loud conversations, sometimes singing, serving themselves too - very unprofessional -

Very loud - especially from the gym nearby and very early in the morning.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel charge for a car to the airport was very expensive compared to Uber

Lift is out of working

Their fitness center did have very limited number of sweat towels .... whereby we had to wait for 30mins to get cleaned ones! And the receptionists at the gym was not that helpful. The rooms are so outdated and you could smell "mold" inside the rooms. The elevator is not working and under major maintance which to me they should have just closed the whole hotel and take the moment to update the rooms as well. Great location but missed opportunity!

Restaurant great gym great bfast great location great. Rooms smell like mold and are clearly run down. I switched to find one that didn't smell so moldy.

A well located facility alobg the CBD of the city within walking distance of several interesting places in luding restaurants and shopping outlets. The staff of the hotel are very friendly, polite and courteous. Excellent hospitality!

My go-to place in Masaki. Mainly because of the gym for which I had access to as a hotel guest. My only recommendation is to ask for a room opposite the gym and restaurant as they tend to be loud.

Bathroom smells sewer I believe

Having all facilities in one place. The check in time isn't favorable especially when you only have access to early flights. Improve on making sure everything is available in the room. Its absurd that one has to wait till noon to check-in, then when you get to, you have to follow up to get toiletries and still remind them eveyday to avail what was depleted.
