Safe, convenient location near the airport. We stayed in a 2 br apartment. It was comfortable, though shower was weak. Very few dining or shopping options nearby.

All the people there were wonderful. They even picked me up from the airport and delivered me back to airport

To a Westerner, this place will feel really basic, not up to the standards of a typical hotel. To this establishment's credit, the young man who helps his mother operate the place is very friendly and hospitable and really wants to provide good service to guests. He was very attentive to our needs and was available every time we needed something. However, this place is lacking in many ways compared to a hotel: - Our host noted that our room was having problems with the water heater, so I had bathe by pouring hot water over my body from a bucket in the shower (our host had to bring me this water that his mother had heated up for me). - The internet went out a few times. - The breakfast included in the price of our stay was really basic - only tea (no coffee, no juice), bread (no toast) and porridge (which we had to ask for). - The mattress on the bed in one of our rooms had metal springs in it, so every time we moved, it squeaked. Otherwise, it was a decent place - for a guest house. It was in a residential neighborhood of Harare and had to be entered through a gate (surrounded by a wall and had a guard).
