Yotel was a good hotel in a good location; located just above the Trindade Metro Station. This is a modern hotel with a cool design. Beds are very comfortable, room was big, staff were professional and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the room had good AC. The main con of this hotel was that I found you could hear things from the hallway and in between the rooms, so if you had noisy people next to you, you could hear them. One night there was loud music which I could hear clearly from the room next door; hotel staff dealt with the issue right away, but better sound proofing would be better.

Location was excellent, and the bed was amazing!!! The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay.

Really good modern hotel

Really good food, really comfortable beds, perfect location

Overall our stay was a pleasant experience. Hotel location was right near the metro, not 100% central but still within close proximity of the city. It was easy to walk around. Staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Unfortunately we went during a heat wave, the air conditioning wasn't strong enough and very inconsistent.

My only complaint was the room size and the glass shower and toilet in the bedroom. If I was to stay again I would seek a room with a separate bathroom. Otherwise hotel is clean and secure and close walk to downtown if you have a vehicle be prepared to pay$20euros per day parking

Clean room and convenient location. The traffic noise is definitely loud if you’re a light sleeper, but ultimately didn’t bother us too much.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly. The there things were goods.

Muy bonito y moderno. Pero no práctico. No hay una gaveta en habitaciones para la ropa. No hay en el baño donde colgar la ropa en lo que te bañas ni donde colgar la toalla. El aire no enfría. Hubo una prueba de alarma y no avisaron a nadie. De repente sonó la alarma y uno salió corriendo de su habitación , del baño, de donde estuviese. Al llegar con ese susto a la recepción y preguntar qué pasaba nos dijeron que era una prueba de alarma! mal por ellos. Hablan inglés pero si no le dices que te hablen en inglés no lo hacen aunque vean que no sabes portugués! muy lindo, moderno pero pésimo servicio y muy poco práctico en las habitaciones . Y por favor cuando vayan a hacer una prueba de alarma, avisenlo a los huéspedes! La tecnología se comió a este hotel . Necesitan un poco más de calor humano, más servicio para validar la belleza que tiene y la modernidad que sin dudas muestra
