I never do this. I don’t want to mess with people’s livelihood but I want people to know what they are getting with this place. Started with no one in the office to check in for 10 mins. The room we were in (a separate stand alone) had mildew all over, poorly done workmanship, terrible beds and pillows. The refer was wide open and unplugged. I took pictures but they didn’t turn out well because we lost power the morning of check out. I really truly am not hard to please and totally understand the struggles of buildings in that climate. They have an amazing location at West Bay but they don’t seem to take pride in their rooms. If I had paid $50 or less, I would have been happy but this room cost me over $100. I hope this feedback helps them improve.
