Brilliant Hotel. Ideally situated for old town and local beaches. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Rooftop breakfast room had an excellent view. Our room also had an excellent view.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Water view rooms were blocked by trees - obviously not the hotel’s fault! Nice views from the roof terrace where a generous breakfast was served. It was a public holiday during our stay so perhaps that was why Budva felt very crowded. We chose the hotel for its proximity to Budva old town which we enjoyed strolling through in the evening.

lovely family run hotel in a great location . A short walk to the old walled town and 50 m from a public car park . The staff were very friendly helpful and spoke excellent english . Our room was very spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning . Breakfast was served on the top flooor and had a superb uninterrupted view over the old town . The food was superb and plentiful . We would highly recommend omens the hotel Majestic and will definitely stay here again .

Hotel is located 3 min walking to the Old Town and 7 min to Mogren Beach. There is a lot of restaurants. Everything clean. Staf was very helpful. We recommend staying in this hotel.

Fantastic location, nice room, love the Hemingway bar on the ground floor and an absolutely excellent breakfast with great service in the outside cafe area. Reception staff really helpful with taxis and local information. Recommend 😊

The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. The housekeeping service is truly five-star, and the modern interior adds a lovely touch. Breakfasts were delicious. A special shout-out to Bato—his outstanding service and warm, friendly attitude made our stay truly memorable. Just a note about parking: the hotel doesn’t have its own, but there is public parking right next door.

Hotel was lovely, great location, lovely restaurant. Bed was massive and comfy.

Very nice room - surprisingly so! With a very nice bathroom. The property is in a great location. That great location comes with a cost however; the hotel has "The" bar to go to for much of Budva's night-life; and with very poor sound isolation to the balcony doors do not expect to get any sleep before 1AM when it finally closes and the crowds go home. The rest of the stay was very pleasant and easy; parking at the back of the hotel is easy enough to organize a day-rate with the attendant at the barrier for their standard 16 Euro / day - which we can't complain about.

Fantastic location just outside old town. Room was renovated in a classic, sophisticated style. Loved the included breakfast which was not a buffet but made to order. Excellent restaurant/cafe/bar with lovely outdoor seating on main floor (Hemmingways). Highly recommend.

First class hotel centrally located and exceptional staff and clean room. Very helpful front desk and would stay here again on future trip to Budva.

Two large slices of Prosciutto and Cheese … Two large, warm Croissants with honey and preserves … a basket of assorted bread … butter. Great stay - fantastic staff, good sized and well presented room, lovely bar which was fun in the evenings.

The room was amazing, large and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, service impeccable and quality great. The location is very central so I would highly recommend this hotel.

First time in Budva and Montenegro….couldnt have asked for a better location. It was 2 min walk from old town as well as main marina where you have access to water taxis and ferries. Hotel was beautiful. Very clean, modern and lots of space. King size bed felt bigger than normal and super comfy…hard to wake up in the morning for the free breakfast which was great!! Highly recommended although I would advise to request a higher floor (we were on 1st level) as it can get super loud until late in the night.
