Stayed twice over a 7day period at this comfortable and well run hotel close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained with amenities. Onsite restaurant has a wide selection for bfast, lunch & dinner and were well prepared. Thank you.

I didn't like the mosquitoes. But the staff tried to kill them

Great customer service

Close to airport. No noise around. Sheets and towels were clean. But, Maitainance is not proper. In the room AC not functioning. Changed room but AC was less efficient. SpringBed was not good. Bathroom was smelly. Hand shower holder missing. Hotel is ok for an overnight stay at reasonable price.

Finishing is not up to standard, Shower is very low quality and rooms are numbered strangely. For one or two nights yes you can stay here! Friendly staff

Is nice

The shuttle service worked very well for the group. However, breakfast was not included even though our reservation was for breakfast. Be sure to confirm this before you book otherwise you will have to pay twice.

Nice hotel

This hotel does not have water for a shower, I am not talking about the water being cold but there was no water. There was not a single drop of water in the tap. This was a waste of money. I had to book a different hotel to have a shower. Terrible experience.

It is very basic but that is fine at the price. However my room (6) is above the reception and I could hear constant conversations and laughter throughout the night which defeated the objective of getting a good night sleep before flying the next morning

Staff very nice; bed very comfortable, breakfast good. Public areas very good; bedroom need refreshing.

A great place to stay for a layover in Nairobi or longer. The staff is great and willing to assist. The meals served on site is also good to enjoy.

I stayed here for just 1 night and slept well. The hotel was a little hard to find at night, but it was fine once we arrived. There is armed guards in the front so I felt safe. The front desk lady was very welcoming and greeted me with a warm smile.
