Good hotel that does the basics but is satisfactory for what most will need. Bed was ok. Room was clean. Bathroom had very basic soaps.

This hotel was lovely. The rooms were big and comfortable. We didn’t check in till 1.45am, as ours was a late flight and the manager was there to show us our rooms. The hotel arranged a shuttle from the airport, which was very efficient. Breakfast was fine, if a little basic, with only instant coffee. The only issue was that the hotel’s card machine didn’t work, so we had to pay cash. We had come straight from the airport with cash from an atm there, and the hotel didn’t have change, so we had to go out to buy something to get change (the next morning). Fortunately we had time to do this before our journey to Tbilisi.

It is a small family business hotel, but I have enjoyed staying there... the management of the hotel are nice, smiley, and cooperative. If I would go back to Kutaisi, I'll try to book it again.

The hotel and rooms are very cozy and with luxurious elements. As a negative in our stay we can note very noisy bed and toilet :)

This is a nice, very clean hotel just a minutes walk from the central square of Kutaisi. The staff were really nice, let me check in late after an evening flight and helped me with directions. Definitely recommended.

A small, but nicely decorated and very clean hotel.Very good value for money. No frills but perfect for a short stay. Homemade pancakes at breakfast were delicious!

Hotel is centrally located and the lady who runs it was so helpful. Room was ideal and breakfast also good.

Hospitality of the family run business is beyond what is normally expected. Clean new property. As we are vegetarians we requested for veg breakfast and they went beyond expectations to make vegetarian food for us! Rooms are provided with all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay as per B&B standards. Wi fi is free and there is also a fridge in the room. Special thanks to Tina and her aunts. They made us feel very comfortable

A lovely place to stay in Kutaisi. Just a 2 minute walk to the main square and close to the sights, restaurants and bars. We were made to feel very welcome by our friendly hostess.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well presented and generous. The staff were extremely helpful.

I booked two nights. First night was decent. In the end of my trip I booked again. Went to the hotel (Saturday) and it was closed and dark. I rang the bell 5 times. Came back after 2 hours and noticed that the receptionist was having dinner and the restaurant right next to the hotel entrance. She ignored me as I tried to give my hello. She was with friends and they looked like they were going out. Again the hotel was closed and all dark. I rang the bell again. I went to eat myself and went back for the 3rd time. Same thing, closed. This time I, when calling to complain, I find it that the hotel had cancelled my booking. So now on my last night before flight home, I had to start all over again .... I guess she noticed me and cancelled my booking as I was the only guest.
