Beautiful property with lovely grounds, nice pool/spa and great breakfast buffet. Lovely stay!

Pool wasn't heated, it was barely warm. Not swimmable, neither enjoyable.

Amazing hotel on a lovely estate. Great food and wine and service! Natella restaurant was delicious. Great to walk around the estate or enjoy the rooftop pool or just enjoy the view with some wine.

Radisson Collection Tsinandali Estate is an incredible secret hidden away in Georgia’s Kakheti Region. We stayed 2 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. It helps the weather was perfect - but combine that with tasty food, top class wine and a private park to stroll through before or after meals - it was a perfect escape for our family.

This hotel is at one of the major tourist sites in the region, the building and rooms are simply stunning. One of the nicest places I have stayed. The food was very good - even the room service was amazing. The only downside is that getting taxis from the hotel was more difficult than it should have been - they want you to use their travel service which is extremely overpriced for Georgia.

Great luxury hotel in Tsinandali, Kakheti The amenities are very good Superb breakfast , and good library bar and restaurant. The only reason I didn't give 10 is the lack of TV channels in English.

If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is expected that you like people and want to smile, every so often. Check in experience was like checking into a morgue.

The hotel offers a lovely interior design but mediocre food and service that is visibly overpriced. One of the dishes we ordered for dinner this evening was a cheese platter. Before ordering, I have enquired about one of the cheeses listed as part of the platter. The waiter explained what that meant and how that cheese variety would look. I was intrigued. The cheese platter arrived. Three out of five cheeses smelt and tasted weird, the kind of taste you would have when leaving the cheese in the fridge, uncovered, for quite a bit. Further, the cheese we enquired about and the one listed the first on the menu, as part of the cheese selection, was *not* on the platter. We enquired about both issues with the waiter and who we thought was the head waiter or the manager without any resolution. Additionally, the food and drinks were obviously I overpriced. The menu items did not include 18% VAT which we saw later on the bill added to the menu prices. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the hotel, considering that the hotel restaurant and the bar were the only options available for dinner/drinks.
