I've stayed here many times, if cost and availability are good, then its my preferred hotel.

Good location and a perfect hotel for a short stay....

It was pleasant, room was small, but clean. Bathroom had good shower

Overall enjoyed the stay. Beds were small was the only complaint.

Nice room, but small. No space to set up a laptop. Travellers from the US will need a UK conversion plug. Two different modes for lighting the room, one of them was quite interesting.

Check-in was very easy, and the staff member was really friendly and helpful. Great view from the room! Only niggle was the rather temperamental air-conditioning, but that's a minor issue. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient and the staffs are all outstanding to offer best guest service.

Amazing stay at Moxy Southampton. Modern and fun hotel with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We enjoyed complimentary cocktails and a birthday drink. A lovely birthday message was also sketched on the glass shelf in our room, which was a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast was also spot on. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Mayflower Theatre.

Our room was spacious enough for 2 people, very clean and well maintained. Staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Great stay

We arrived at 7am in the morning and were able to check into our room straight away, which was amazing after a long overnight boat journey. The location of the hotel is perfect for Westquay located just opposite and easy parking either in the hotel car park or in Westquay car park. The hotel has a lovely vibe and the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable for a short stay. Rooms were quiet and we slept well. This would always be my first choice when staying in Southampton.

Cannot find much to fault in terms of the overall cleanliness, fit and function of the hotel. Bed is comfortable and very clean also. Staff are friendly and very helpful

As lovely as the hotel was i am fuming at the customer service from both the hotel and hotels.com and will therefore not be visiting or using again. Absolutely atrocious!

Hotel was fine, actually good for price point. But seemed to be mid renovation during my stay - if i had known that i would have booked elsewhere. But probably would stay again

Excellent, clean, comfortable and very convenient location with parking. Staff and service excellent and friendly. Really good breakfast. Definitely recommend.
