so at this property I attempted to check in on June 30th and was unable to do so after prepaying something in the neighbourhood of 900 American dollars and when I asked about getting a refund as I was unable to check in due to the property owner not allowing me access I was refused my refund being told that the hotel's cancellation policy did not allow for it let's not forget that I did not check check in

There is no Dundas Guest House at the provided booking address. Rude behavior of the phone contact person that ended the call when asked to identify himself. Received SMS message to stay at a different unappealing address that had no indication as being Dundas Guest House. No trustworthy experience. Didn't stay.
