Loved the entire place, bathrooms, wall mural etc.

First - Very stressful and unnecessary check in process , not first time staying at Sonder properties , but this time the whole experience was very poor! Property did not feel safe , hallways smelled like weed smoke , doors into a room had breaking in signs , and noise from outside is so big that they even provide air plugs which were placed by the side bed

Great property, room, and experience

Walking distance to almost everything you would want to do or visit. Quiet neighborhood.

Communication was great, codex were easy to use, normally had someone at lobby desk if you needed help.

worst place and experience ever! ( and I've traveled all over the world). code wouldn't work to enter room. stood in hallway fot 45 minutes. pictures showed an attractive room but turned out to be a dump. location turned out to be in a sketchy part of town. no staff to help out. when i asked to cancel the remaining days i wea flat out rejected. NEVER again!!!

I love this property its loft style with high windows. Has a beautiful kitchen and enough space for a small family.

This proprty was perfect for families. In a great location for all Philadelphia sites.

Excellent place to stay, very clean, had all the little touches including how to log on to the TV. Others had issues with noise, but that wasn't a factor for me. I would stay again.

T-sat need to work properly take the timer off so it runs with out shutting off.

Stayed with my husband, 3 adult children, and my 9 minor children. We all absolutely loved it!! Plenty of room, they provided cribs for my two toddlers, and extra bedding! The roof was amazing. The only suggestions from my adult son: maybe put something in the bottom of the tub to mKe it non slippery. He Thought was going to meet Jesus for a moment went stepping in! Lol

Very spacious lofts. I had a studio which worked out perfect for my special needs son who can be loud at times. I loved the high ceilings and retro decor. Not too crazy about self check in only because I’m not that computer savvy otherwise awesome experience, can’t wait to stay which my husband on a next visit to downtown Philadelphia.

This room is awesome; we had seven people stay in the room and it was an easy logging experience.

Loved it! Def a great option for longer stays because of the full kitchen and washer dryer! Will for sure be coming back

Great location near convention center and Reading Market. Easily walkable. Beautifully decorated. Onsite security at night. Check-in directions were easy. The studio had a curtain in the bedroom for privacy, but not a wall and door. The only thing negative I might say is the walls between the units seemed thin. We could hear talking and laughing next door. Ear plugs were provided, but you’re staying downtown in a city. There will be noise. It didn’t really bother us. The unit looks like the photos.

This property was truly amazing from the service, the accommodations and the neighborhood.....10/10. Its about an 8 min walk to Reading Terminal Market and about a 12 min walk to Chinatown.....oh and the rooftop views.....Luggage storage available and also vending machines.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Has walkable places to grab food or a coffee. Vending machines for drinks and snacks.
