As my experience rent villa/resorts this is the first time I face need to pay electric and water bill, and inside the drinking water machine also need to pay for the second bottle, other than this I also first time face need to pay check in fee and not refunded when we check out without any damage in the unit Thant we rent, and the house air conditioning was not check probably before we check in there was 2 room air condition was broken. Inside this broken villa anything will be the charge reason, and the BBQ position was very talented, when it’s was raining BBQ activity is impossible to done, this broken villa is not suitable for rent, for the important I did not recommend for rent is when before sleeping you will listen some sound and if you’re unlucky maybe you will feel that’s inside for ghost, I’m not too sure it’s that’s ghost or not but our this journey was 10people in this villa only me and my friend feel that’s and maybe I is some illusion we are not seeing so clear.
