Great place to stay in Eindhoven! Close to many things in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff! Great ambiance in this building, rooms are beautiful

The hotel is an old convent and has all the potential to be spectacular. Unfortunately it was not. The parking area was confusing, nowhere did it say where to go and when you finally get to a gate, it is locked and took a long time to get opened. The gym was disappointing. They didn't even have a treadmill. Breakfast was very basic. Nothing to write home about. The rooms are also very basic, no frills. The renovations they did to convert the space intoa hotel are cheap and unappealing. Even leaving the parking area was a bad experience. They said the gate would open automatically and of course it did not so I had to walk all the way back and tell the same person they were wrong etc. All in all, it was disappointing. Will try other hotels going forward. This is more of an event place, rather than a business traveler hotel.

A little disappointing in view of the price. A strange idea to have the ‘bathroom’ sink in the bedroom - nowhere to put toiletries, no proper drawer space or wardrobe. No water in the room. Breakfast was tired looking.

Really enjoyed stay in the hotel. Spa area is excellent - remember to bring swimming costume and flip flops and book at least 30 mins in advance Staff are friendly and we liked the What’s App chat.

Convenient, access to front door, cobbled paving made it to difficult to walk on especially if you have suitcases or a wheelchair

Small room, no bathtub

Location is perfect for tourists right by the center. Property is impressive monestary converted to hotel. Staff is robotic & detached but efficient. Overall good value excluding parking and breakfast which are not included.

Stylish and affordable hotel! They kept our bags safe while we were travelling around and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Near center so everything was easily accessible

Absolutely loved the hotel and hope to return. The building has amazing detailing and beautiful finishes. It was also exceptionally clean. The spa was lovely and we dined in Brasserie Rita which was outstanding. Other than feeling like we were an inconvenience to the member of staff checking us in we cannot fault this hotel, but we'll put it down to a member of staff having a bad day rather than a reflection of the hotel. Every other member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

It is a modern property built alongside a historic building

The hotel looks impressive. It is impressive and the rooms are up with the best. Regrettably the fault lies with the human interaction. More like German non existant than Dutch friendliness! I asked for my bill....we prefer eco friendliness so email it to you....never arrived! Try to call.....and give up after 20+ minutes on hold....3 times....3 different days! No reply to emails either. Your call future guests. Impressive accommodation....let down by poor customer service!

Elegant hotel with a beautiful breakfast terrace to enjoy the delicious food options. The room was very modern & comfortable. The staff were great & absolutely professional. Unique experience for it has a church building as part of the hotel that can be visited when not in use. Definitely one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at & would gladly recommend to most.

Quite a comfy hotel and welcoming staff. Surrounding area has everything needed.

Not a cozy hotel. First you enter into a huge empty lobby that lucks any furniture or decorations and looks like an airport hall. Room was extremely small with just beds, small table and 1 tiny chair for 3 people. There wasn't any other sitting area. Not enough vanity space. Wi-fi was terrible. We could not even check messages. Staff did not respond to our complain, although not sure they could do anything about Wi-fi. For the price of this hotel, I would never recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Very conveniently situated for the city. Safe parking. Great breakfast. The only gripe was being woken by the room next door taking a shower. The pipes mist have run through our room and were noisy.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel and the rooms were nice and clean.

Lovely old Monastery converted to a hotel. My room had been modernized but unfortunately the Air Conditioning was not working and the window was locked shut. The room was on the third floor (top) so it got very hot and there was no way to cool it down. The architecture to modernize the building is horrendous and looks like construction paneling so they have ended up with a the facade of a beautiful old church ruined by a stark modern white boxy addition. Overall I can only rate this place as average.
