I arrived to the hotel and was greeted by what appied to be staff at Check in time. The girls said in a very rude tone,"you sit and wait, we are having dinner". Who are you, and what do you want? At 14:30pm, 30 minuets after Check in time, I was greated like that, an was told I must go away amd come back, after dinner. At that point we left the hotel in Disgust of what I saw. I wouldn't talk to a Dog like how the girl spoke to us. We will not be checking in or staying at the hotel, I demand a full refund, I have paid the full amount for 4 nights stay in this hotel. Because of this I paid for two flights to get back to bangkok. My flight hasnt taken off but you won't give me the money back. You and the hotel are effectively stealing my money. As I have not used the hotel and won't be getting the flight this friday that I paid for. So you and the hotel/airline are keeping all my money and giving me nothing for it. You can keep booking fee 's amd deposits, but not the full amounts if I wish to cancel the service because I was abused by the staff. I will take this to my legal team and take you to court if I am not fully refunded.
