The location is close to everywhere, you can walk to places to eat or take public transportation to the city center. There is an iron and hair dryer. TV in the living room with Netflix and YouTube. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utensils and eating utensils are also complete. Ms. Ratna (guard / operational team) is very responsive. However, the room feels stuffy because there are no windows to the outside. Lighting relies on lamps. The size of the room is also relatively narrow. The bathroom is only closed with a curtain. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom really needs to be improved. The sofa and carpet in the living room are quite dusty. Thank you, Roemah Renjana. Hopefully in the future it can be better 🙏🏼

Pretty good. It's just that there are many forms & requirements that must be followed, early check-in will be charged, the bathroom water supply is not smooth.

One of the best thematic homestays in Yogyakarta in my opinion. Friendly staff very helpful (Bu Retno MVP). Beautiful bedroom, comfy living room, the place is nice. Oh and good breakfast too. But, a few things need improvement, like toilets need big cleaning, its clean but crust and rust build up inside. Also mouse running around a few times, just 3-4 times not frequently but annoying sometimes.

2Nd time staying here and always feel like home and so cozy. So near with Prawitoratman street and everything is nearbg.

Already DM admin requesting room number 3, agreed with the admin, it turns out that when I checked in, I was given room number 4 before there was no confirmation. Then unfortunately I got a bathroom where the toilet couldn't be flushed, finally flushed it with a mop bucket.

The room was clean and comfy. Mba Ratna is so attentive and will help you at any moment. The location is perfect, close to various restaurants and bars. I would love to come back anytime.

Roemah Renjana is a quaint little house in the middle of Prawirotaman area — a perfect place to start your culinary experience in Yogyakarta. The house might be small and unassuming but the facilities are comfortable enough to stay for a day or two. You can use the communal pantry and the communal living room. The rooms are in the smaller side but each has an en suite shower (some rooms have bath tubs). You also got a free breakfast — ours was chicken porridge. If you go to the east and fancy a cold treat, you will find Tempo Gelato. If you go to the west and fancy expensive western food, you can find Mediterranea by Kamil (they made beautiful sourdoughs, chubbiest croissants, and have an assortment of home made spread to stock). All in walking distance. Furthermore, you will find all kind of cute and unique cafe, museum, pizzeria if you walk around.

To be fair, yes: Exterior and interior are good, beautiful for photos, provided a kitchen (guest house model), the location is also okay (in front of it there is a live music cafe), for friends who want to take photos of the place, it's good , it's just that for friends who are concerned about cleanliness, so sorry and for information, the receptionist is only available at certain times, yesterday we wanted to confirm regarding check-in / just want to leave things first, call from morning until noon is difficult and not picked up, once he was picked up he said he was taking a break (so what are his working hours actually like):') sad.

A super comfy place to stay in the great location, near many places, such as Tempo Gelato. Feels like home away from home

Overall for a good room. Unique and bright interior, brings a happy vibe. Continue between the mattress and km. Bathing there is no insulation at all, only limited by curtains. There is a bathtub for 1 room, for those who want to relax a cool. Lack of soundproofed rooms. Sounds from outside and inside can be heard clearly, so the privacy is not very good. Then, next to the inn there is a bar / cafe that plays edm songs and the like in a loud voice. So lack of quality sleep. If the purpose for these photos is good, but for staycation is a big no.

The inn is very clean, very spacious, and the amenities are satisfying. The concept of shabby chic interior, can be for photographs. With a very affordable price, we can enjoy our rest time.
