Our property is a property with a garden house concept, which is 70% made of wood, we also adjust the lighting so that our property looks warm like a house in general, so we put warm white lights at all points to make it brighter without disturbing the concept of a garden house us, and we felt that our house was well lit and clearly visible. Our fence is very wide, we even receive several guests using a camper van. We are quite surprised by your dishonest review. For the room that you live in, we give you the best room with an additional water heater, but you didn't mention that right? We do not include room ameneties such as soap & shampoo, you can read the description before you book the property. The sink is not clogged, but you don't open the sink cover rubber, & for towels, we always give two towels to our guests and when you check out, there are still two towels. For the guard who left you, because our guard called, that you ordered a room to be occupied by 5 people, while the room capacity was only for two people (your reasoning was not notified by Traveloka), and I still allow it by adding a payment of 100 thousand for 1 extra bed, and the room can be occupied by 5 people, but you refuse to pay and just leave our staff. You talk. Our bed is hard, of course it's hard, mother. If you use a bed with a capacity of 2 people for 5 people (4 adults, 1 child). I respect you, Ms. Tias. Hello Mr Jumianto, Thank you in advance for coming to our place. That's right, sir, the price you get is the price for a basic room, without hot water and TV. All of our rooms match what we show on Traveloka. For water, we try to use channel water from the government, so we don't use bore wells and pumps. Thank you
