A highly recommended hotel

The staff is very friendly and provide additional needs if requested. The food is good and complete set of cuisines. The surrounding area is nice, just need a canopy for the carport so that the parked car does not get so hot in the mid day. Completely secure for belongings and have a beautiful musholla.

Actually there is a video, but there are no photos of the room and the environment. But I guarantee, this is the best hotel in East Lombok, the rooms are comfortable, the food variety is actually not much, but the food is really delicious, like home cooking 🫶🏻

The service was less than alert, arrived in the afternoon at the hotel, the room was still being prepared, waited quite a long time to get the key. When I got a room that had mites, my body automatically had an itchy rash, I had to replace the sheets and mattress, the next night it happened again. And the rash is getting bigger. When it was delivered, the waiter just said, even though it had been replaced. The maid only cares about the bed sheets and mattresses that have been replaced. Don't ask about the guest's condition at all 😅 Cleanliness really needs to be improved. Even the soap and shampoo in the bathroom seems to be very old if you smell it from the aroma.

From the room, the building is decent, but the service is a bit slow. Not all rooms are provided with water heaters, they don't give them anything to drink every day, they ask for hot water for a long time.
