Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us . It was the best of family without actual family. Amazed and Great full for good food good companionship help and kindness

Perfect location, very nice spa, pool and sauna area.

We stayed in a large unit in a Vandenis building detached from main hotel and spa. It is very high end , modern, great design, very spacious, includes washer, kitchen. Climate control, etc. We are definitely coming back .

Very comfortable hotel, situated calmly, but close enough to action, great breakfast, fantastic spa facilities and treatments. We will come back next summer again.

Nice hotel, great outdoor sauna. Wonderful breakfast.

Not worth that money. 1.Staff like ice faces and inhospitable. 2.Air conditioner not working, in the room +26 at night but stuff do not respond to multiple requests to resolve the problem. 3. Parking fee 20€ per day !!!! but everyone puts the cars where and how they want, noone from hotel control it and as a result it is not possible to leave parking because someone blocked exit.

In general we had a really fantastic stay. Loved the SPA area and all the swimming pools (perfect also for children). Compliments for the SPA itself, me and my husband enjoyed a lot the massages. Also worth mentioning a wide and delicious breakfast selection and dinner options. Some efficiency could be achieved with quicker service in the outside pool area though. Either way, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and we are planning to come back next year again.

Amazing service, superb restaurant and breakfast. Room in luxury building quite basic, could be improved and updated. In general, we’ve spend amazing time - location is perfect, comfortable spa and welness area.

Balanced and relaxing environment. High quality SPA service options. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway for a re-start. This place became famous for it’s breakfast all over the country after it was changed recently. The whole package makes it literally the best place to stay in Lithuania.

Truly amazing spa. Wonderful massage. Terrible staff who are overloaded at the weekend. Breakfast had run out of almost everything and was only very slowly and partially replaced. We tried to have a drink and dinner the first evening but everyone ignored us so we are in town. When we asked waiters for something they either pointed at someone else or huffily did serve us but not how we wanted. But really lovely place and spa amazing!!

We were in Palanga only 2 nights while traveling through out Lithuania. This hotel is situated in such an extraordinary space we did not want to leave. It was so peaceful and relaxing - a wonderful place to unwind. The on site restaurant was very good with a variety of fine dining choices and a good selection of wines.

Wish we had stayed longer! Excellent location, friendly staff, very helpful and. Accommodating, food very good.
