Coffee - have to request everyday Shampoo & Gel - replaced after request For me, all the things should be already on the list during make up room and the housekeeper should check all that thing. After anything, i think i am still come and stay 7 Suria because the room, ambiance are very nice…

The place was strategic. Parking a lot. Only issue with the wifi, when connect to phone, somehow it will disconnect and line not too strong

The receptionist is friendly and kind, the room is clean, there is an iron and ironing board, the bathroom is clean, there are toothbrushes, soap and shampoo, towels, overall everything is good, the hotel is in a mall, just use the elevator directly to the mall, close to everywhere.

Literally hotel on top of shopping mall. Take lift to 7 floor lobby, and another lift to room. The breakfast is inside the mall, where need to walk pass parking lot. No amenities, no gym, no pool. Breakfast is cheap fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak kind of thing. The room rate is expensive.
