When the water turns off, the marketing only sells but doesn't inform us if other things happen, for example, if the water goes out, if we are tired, we want to take a shower, there are 3 receptionists in the building, just give us the key and tell us to look for it ourselves. there isn't one, we have to take the stairs to the top floor, there are lots of noisy and impolite shorttime brothers, the room is pretty good facing the lake, I like it, but the service is bad and noisy.

The receptionist was not honest, around 10 pm I checked in, I asked for the front tower, they said it was full, so I was in the back tower which is quite far from the entrance, then my friend who checked in at around 11 pm, he can be in the front tower, what do you mean? It can be so picky for guests to be placed in the front and rear towers, the first time I got a bad experience.
