It was very dirty and the toilet was clogged, then the pillows and cupboard were dirty and full of dust, the AC was dead.

When checking in, the room was dirty, smelly and the AC was broken and the hotel did not provide any alternatives.

When checking in, the condition of the room is not ready, there is no drinking water, the sheets have not been changed, the condition of the room is not as shown in the picture.

Kamarnya bagus dan besar tapi sayangnya kotor banget berasa tidak disapu debu dimana-mana, harusnya dibersihkan saat ada yang mau check-in apalagi saya sudah pesan sehari sebelumnya, dan perlengkapan mandi pun sabun sampo pun ga ada.

I ordered for 3 rooms, three of them had dead showers, smelly toilets and lots of cigarette butts, cupboards full of used tissues, perforated towels, dirty sheets, I ordered a cheap price, at least the standard of the hotel must be clean. Hopefully there will be quality improvements in the future.

Get a room on the top floor, right in front of the balcony (number 104). Because the ventilation glass is designed not to be tightly closed so the vehicle's sound is very audible, moreover there are a lot of motors whose exhaust is modified so it is very difficult to sleep. Secondly, when I just arrived in the room there was dirt that had not been cleaned, there was no trash in the room, there were lots of cigarettes on the sheets (even though there were no smoking regulations in the room) and there was no mirror. Actually with the price range offered there are no expectations of anything. But at least, the standard of cleanliness and comfort of an inn is met, this is far from it. Please lodging management pay more attention to these things.
