Perfect quiet location and we will be back to stay again.

Poor service, poor cleaning, a/c unit not working properly

A/C unit never went down to 24 celcius degrees , the room cleaning was really bad, they made our bed just one time day before checking out, the toilet was dirty, shower water pressure was poor, for the price that we pay I will consider to go back.

windows did not work, Wifi worked only part of the time and weak. I could not even get a trash can for the room. Would not stay there again.

The staff can be a bit tricky. Three times after they charged me for transportation they came back asking for more money. Mistake or scam? Also a pile of saw dust from a repair and a broom was left in my bathroom. Lights were left on and door was not locked by maintenance guy. They offered an apology but nothing else. Customer service is mediocre. Besides that it’s a lovely property but needs some upgrades. Good coffee and breakfast.

Airport transfer is not free, it's $20 from the airport, $25 from the ferry. A taxi costs $40.

Great little quiet place, included breakfast was good. Only thing : the place next door under construction was a bit loud from workers. Otherwise great.

Been here 3 times...all have been good... Recommend property provide luggage rack, places to hang wet towels on patio, and more shelf space in bathroom.

Very peaceful, quiet location within walking distance of “downtown” West End. The hotel has a nice breakfast included; other meals available in town. I stayed at the hotel for a dive trip, and it was conveniently located to numerous dive shops.

Such a beautiful property in a convenient location, yet quiet because it is set a bit away from all the West End hussle and bussle.The staff was friendly and accomodating. The complimentary breakfast was incredible! The room was clean and in pristine condition. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Breakfast is included (you get to choose from five options). Wifi is not the best in certain rooms. Walking distance to restaurants, half moon bay (beach and snorkelling) and scooter rental options. Very quiet

Great night’s stay!

Positive: The room was clean and spacious and had a safe. It also had big windows and blinds to close for privacy. We liked the veranda with the hammock and green vegetation all around. They had various sitting areas to have a meal. Breakfast was included and generally ok except the bacon which was always overcooked. It was a nice neighborhood and we felt safe and it was close to walk to the busier part of town with shops and restaurants. Negativ: They only provided soap in the bathroom but no shampoo. The flowerbeds were not clean and had junk in it. The garbage was stored near the entrance and it smelled bad when coming or leaving the property.You could not go for a dip from the dock because the ladder was too short to get out of the water again.

Airport shuttle was not free. Waited 1 hour for the driver to collect all the passengers. 1 hour later we got into the shuttle. Was surprised to learn that shuttle driver expected payment. The room was okay. Simply put: a room with two small beds and a bathroom. Air conditioning worked great. The patio area was nice. Front counter folks were nice. Restaurant staff were nice. Free breakfast was good. Limited choices but good nevertheless.

Excellent! The only thing I would suggest is adding a Honduran breakfast to the menu options , as eating eggs and bacon everyday gets boring at some point . Also always good to taste the local flavours
