Good price for a new hotel

I've been to this hotel many times for short getaways, but this time I was disappointed. I booked a deluxe room, but they gave me torn towels, a slippery bathroom, and the AC wasn't cold.

Sadly, the toilet floor is really slippery, very dangerous for those who bring small children, the towels are torn huhu, I'm a regular here but this is the first time I've been disappointed.

The room amenities for that price are very worth it, the room is quite spacious, comfortable, there is a balcony, complete amenities, there is a wardrobe, there is a minibar (refrigerator), lots of mirrors, and most importantly you can Netflix, it's very chill, only the Wi-Fi is up and down but it helps with the problem, usually for facilities like this the price is up to 300, yesterday I booked 270 deluxe type.

Very cozy, with that price it's worth it, it's just a bit of a hassle if you bring a lot of heavy stuff, you have to climb a lot of stairs, by the way the elevator is cute hehe, the floor of the room and balcony are still dusty so that your feet are a bit dirty :( the service at the male receptionist is just okay if asked for help, when you ask for help turning on the TV which is not handled and the wifi keeps going off huhu. Overall, it's really okay.

Although the system requires reservations, not a buffet + There is rooftop access to relax and see a more complete city view Minuses: - The front lights of the room are a bit dim (maybe not all rooms are like this) - The room is not soundproof - The towels are not clean enough - There are no local TV channels - The water heater is slow to work so you have to wait a long time before using it Overall, for the price offered, the service and facilities provided should be better, 7/10

the sheets were torn, the TV sometimes worked and sometimes didn't because the WiFi was unstable, the chair was broken, there was a lot of dust behind the TV and in the corners of the room, the room door lock was broken, so guests came in and out from the room balcony, but the room wasn't moved straight away because the hotel was full.

Breakfast isn't a buffet; there are several menu options like fried rice, fried noodles, and pre-portioned bread, all of which are served per person. There are cockroaches in the room, the WiFi is problematic, the sheets are torn, and the elevator uses a freight elevator, requiring you to climb stairs (it's not recommended to bring small children or the elderly to this place, as access is very unsafe).

I've been here twice because the rooms are spacious and the view is great. The accommodation is also affordable from the city. The TVs are also smart. The swimming pool is only available privately in rooms labeled "with swimming pool." There are only three rooms, as indicated by the receptionist, so it's not open to the public. The bathroom facilities are less than comfortable. The shower head isn't quite right, and the spray doesn't reach directly downwards. A better shower head might be needed. The sink is wobbly, and it might need to be more securely secured to the wall. The owner might recommend upgrading the room key card. Avoid using a manual key, as losing the key would be a hassle. But I still recommend this place for my next stay in Bandung.

It's not far from the city center and is easily accessible by Grab or taxi. The spacious family room can accommodate four people, with two long sofas for lounging. The food is varied, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean.

A hotel with a good view, clean, the bathroom has good, strong water and the staff are the friendliest and best at helping with carrying luggage.

The room was dirty, dust everywhere. Access to the room was difficult, as you had to climb stairs, not very suitcase-friendly. Breakfast was also a long wait, and the dining area was also dirty, with dust everywhere. There was a pet cage in the dining area, which made the smell even more uncomfortable.

Everything was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, the parking lot, although small, was still adequate, and the place was quiet, making it a great place to rest. The food was also quite affordable for a hotel, but it didn't taste cheap 👍🏻

I initially requested a room via WhatsApp to the PIC, but received no response at all. The location is very far from anywhere. When I arrived, it was damp everywhere. It was very poorly maintained, dirty, and uncomfortable. There were no night lights, so if I turned the lights off, everything was dark. There were small cockroaches. The facilities seem okay if they were well maintained. For 200-300, a room like that would still be okay.

I've stayed at Are U and I three times and have never been disappointed. Great service, great views.

I got a fairly large, comfortable room, and the view was great. You can refill your drinks as much as you like. There's a gallon jug in front of the room.
