Finally, got a chance to visit Bandung again for a night and decided to book this lovely hotel. Worth the price and very nice surroundings, nice view, and definitely will come back here. Didn't try the food but I guess it's quite good (from the menu and price).

Everything was sufficient, only breakfast time was too late, starting at 8 o'clock, so we didn't have time to eat there first.

The staff named Devicht was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good. The room is comfortable and big, but the Wi-Fi is bad so watching TV is difficult and the bed is a bit unclean, I was itchy for some reason. But overall it was good, especially the bathroom.

The experience of staying here for 2 days was very pleasant, the location of the hotel is not too far from the city center and tourist attractions, the room is spacious, clean and most importantly it has a smart TV + there is a balcony that faces the view of Bandung city, I suggest taking a deluxe room so the view is better, the breakfast is varied even though it is not a buffet system, the minus is that it takes a long time to wait for the breakfast you ordered, overall it is very nice, recommend for those who want to go to Bandung

the place is nice, clean, the view is cool especially at night..it's really romantic, the service is very satisfying, right... I want to come back here again if I staycation in Bandung

Very comfortable atmosphere, suitable for cooling off from office activities

First time, and never again. The hotel is not like the beautiful picture. The pillow smells like the head has not been replaced, the blanket also smells. The bathroom smells. Not very clean. But the natural conditions are nice and cool. However, it does not match the advertisements on social media. For the price, there are still cleaner ones at that price.

Wi-Fi is dead, water tap is upside down, TV is broken, no room phone. The restaurant is the worst, breakfast buffet at 9 o'clock has nothing left, refills are 30 minutes and only refills of white rice and 3 portions of fried noodles. Dirty plates on the table are not picked up. Empty drinks, empty glasses. A bad place to stay, just find another place to stay if you go to Bandung. Hopefully the management will improve.

I will never stay here again, for a la carte breakfast I had to wait for 1 hour. People were queuing to order, there were only 2 unprofessional employees. The menu was only fried rice, how come the ingredients were all gone, no preparation. It was really disappointing.

honestly. really disappointed. just entered the room immediately gong under the bed there was a used Aqua bottle and used tissue. the sink was clogged, there were no amenities, only water in a bottle. the bed frame was no longer functioning properly, breakfast took a long time to wait, even though I arrived at Buffett at 8 but breakfast was still empty. the mat looked like it hadn't been washed, the room was dirty like it had been swept carelessly. basically not good :( where as staying 4 days

Got a price of 630 thousand for the family type including breakfast. the price is much cheaper than the admin price by wa around 850 thousand. the access road is quite far from the highway, don't forget to buy snacks and drinks first at Alfa (the area below Jl Bojong Koneng) park outside the hotel area, enter the hotel directly by elevator then stairs to the lobby. not suitcase friendly, it will be complicated to carry a suitcase. the hotel staff seemed indifferent / unhelpful. check in easy to store ID cards or driving licenses then we were given room 2204 access to the stairs and elevator. our room was near the elevator. there is a balcony, when you enter the floor is a bit dirty, the AC is not cold enough, cleanliness is lacking, the room is spacious but it seems not well maintained especially the window glass. towels get 4, 2 of which have yellow stains get a minimum of 1 bottle of water, 1 glass, water heater, there is a medium-sized refrigerator that can be used to store breast milk. At night I ordered fried rice katsu, I was a bit surprised the price was up to 48 thousand, the taste was not good, there was even part of the rice that was still white, at night I ordered 2 coffees for 70 thousand and the taste was not according to the price. The only good thing here is that it was delivered to the room. Try ordering GoFood in this area, there is a lot of food, it just takes a lot of effort to get to the lobby so I only need to do GoFood once. Then there was TV, the wifi wasn't working, I chatted with the admin and said it was an error. I tried using a personal hotspot, it turned out it worked. The next day I had breakfast at 8 o'clock, the dining area was not very clean, the cutlery was not very clean, tea, coffee and sugar were provided (sorry there were mosquitoes in the sugar). I ordered a la carte and it was cooked impromptu by 1 cook. but behind all that there are some advantages of this hotel -far from the noise of vehicles -cool air tends to be cold (must bring a jacket) -view of the city of Bandung is suitable for healing -access is not too far -outside room -spacious bathroom, hot water it was time for us to check out, while waiting scrolling IG found a post on the account of this hotel, a photo of the room drinking tea and there was sugar, just for fun replying why 2204 was not given coffee, tea, sugar. the answer was funny, he said he was afraid his brother got a promo when booking.

Not according to expectations, honest review the room atmosphere is scary, the lights are not bright only relying on Tmblr lamps and 1 lamp above, because we got it on the lower floor, the balcony view is really just like high ground, the bathroom smells of urine and the pillow sheets also smell, the floor is dirty, the TV also can't be turned on 🥲 lots of big mosquitoes, it's really uncomfortable, disappointed & it's a shame that for that price you get less facilities so it's a waste, I don't know what it's like in other rooms, this review is based on the room I stayed in, please improve the service in terms of facilities & cleanliness 🙏🙏

For those looking for a quiet place with a hill view, this might be an alternative, but for me personally, it's enough to just stay there once. I booked a family room, given one near the elevator but it was really far on the 2nd floor. The room's wifi didn't work so I couldn't connect to the TV, there was no telephone in the room so if I needed anything I had to go to the receptionist in the lobby, and the downside was that the power outlet cable was broken but it was still left like that without being replaced, there was a refrigerator but it was dirty. And there was also no pool, we got breakfast but there was a choice, not a buffet, and waiting for a plate of rice for 1 hour for those who are very fast, it was really tiring, at that time we should have been able to check out and continue to another place but wasted time waiting for breakfast. The plus was only the hotel cat, Gemoy Kartika, who followed us into the room
