The hotel is very nice, the sea view room was very large with a big balcony, parking is extra although that is normal nowadays, if you get to breakfast early you will have a better selection. Where the hotel needs action is the attention to detail, staff numbers need to be increased at breakfast there was one lady working very hard trying to host, clear plates, restock food items etc...which she couldn't do all the tasks on her own. Please put a button to raise the car park barrier on the front desk so the receptionist doesnt have to spot you and run out, or you have to go back inside to look for someone. They have a lovely hotel with hard working staff but it is let down by inadequate numbers and it would seem lack of training which is down to management. When we visited about 6pm both the swimming pools were very cold, also the hot tub and jets around the pool not working.

The room I was given was interior, but quiet. The room temperature and bed confort were good. The towels were of very basic quality.

There was no hot water in the shower during our 3 days stay. We were told on the first day there was a problem, however, it wasn’t taken care of. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious.

Well located with very nice staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both clean and spacious even though my second one was a single bedroom. The hotel is next to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It’s nested by the hill so it’s quiet.

Amazing resort with indoor and outdoor pools and all spa amenities down to robe and slippers. Upgraded to big suite. Bountiful, diverse, and delicious breakfast buffet. WiFi a little sporadic though on day of stay.

The hotel is very comfortable, we were upgraded and the room we were given had spectacular views. Lovely clean smelling linen, great bathrooms. For us the only critism of room would be the very firm mattress but this of course is a matter of personal taste. The indoor pool is lovely but shame the two hot tubs were cold and didn’t seem to bubble. Outdoor pool nice but a bit cold. We only had breakfast which was good choice but my husband didn’t like the coffee machine which he couldn’t master a nice coffee. The town is lovely and hotel close to harbour and beach. Well worth a stay.

We had a beautiful time. Had a spa day which was excellent. The ambassador restaurant was to die for. Breakfast could be a little better but saying that we were pleased.

Just insist on entering the internal parking lot on your arrival. The guard was little unattenntive for us. Unfortunately must pay extra for umbrellas and beds on the beach. Hotel should pre arrange this for its guests. Breakfast is terrific btw.

The staff and surroundings were wonderful

Never came acros such unprofessional staff particularly the lady in the morning when we were checking out. She was outright hostile and even threatened to charge $50 for the key card that we lost but fortunately found. pictures are a classic oversell and the now is anything but nice. Stay there if you are stranded in the wilderness of Montenegro otherwise save your money

Perfect hotel, great area

The hotel located in a great location close to the beach and the main promenade in Petrovac. The staff are friendly and it has private parking. It has a new feel, the hotel and rooms are spotless clean and has great facilities - pool (indoor & outdoor), spa centre, baths etc. It owns or is associated with an excellent seafront restaurant - the ambassador. Overall they have a nice breakfast buffet, the food was pretty good, however we found some of the pastries a bit stale. We enjoyed our relaxing stay at the hotel and indeed in Petrovac.

First time to Montenegro, opted to stay at this resort and also in another city for several days. This hotel is situated like many in this town right near the beach and boardwalk. The hotel parking lot is up a narrow side street which can be populated with many cars, so if you drive yourself, like we did, go up and honk so they'll let you in. There is a parking barrier they need to lift. The hotel itself is very nice. Reception and the hotel staff very friendly. I couldn't find much to fault with exception of some dirty worn carpet near the elevators that was unsightly. Otherwise the hotel was well kept, modern and nice. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Nice balcony to have coffee or tea. I opted for the more upscale room as it was near the season end and was affordable. The breakfast was sufficient served buffet style. Only annoying thing was the yellow jacket insects that were hungry for our food too! So sitting outside at times was fight. There is a restaurant associated with the hotel that you get a 10% discount to eat in, down below near the board walk. The food was good there. so yes, try it for one night. Otherwise that are so many restaurants on the boardwalk that were hungry for customers decent seafood isn't a problem.. We did have some drinks and dessert at the bar several nights. Service was excellent. My girl friend used the spa. She was very pleased with the massage and soak she had. Prices was typical for resorts but worth it

Nice Hotel but there is no beach. The beach is public beach. It's very crowded. Hotel's swimming pool is ver small. The Rooms are locsted in the fırat Floor no seaview at all

good location just 3 minutes from the promenade; rooms not big but comfortable; only Russian channels on TV. Breakfast was nice, but the staff had to be asked to bring food when something was finished.

Detta hotell levde inte upp till våra förväntningar och kan inte kallas 4-stjärnigt. Jag tycker inte att hotellet är värt pengarna som vi betalade. Jag skulle inte åka hit igen. -Vårt hotellrum saknade tofflor och vi kunde inte använda safe boxen, inget hände trots att vi sa till -Frukosten var dålig. Disk plockades inte undan på borden så alla bord man satte sig vid i frukostmatsalen var fyllda med disk. Dukarna var smutsiga och borden smuliga. Det saknades bestick, glas, kaffekoppar nästan hela tiden på frukostbuffén. Knappt något personal i frukosten? -Duvor i frukostmatsalen -Väggarna i hotellrummet var smutsiga. Städningen var helt okej men inte toppen. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam städpersonal dock :) -Wi-Fi fungerar knappt från hotellrummet -Bilderna som finns på hotels.com ger inte en rättvisande bild av hur hotellet ser ut. Det är mycket sunkigare i verkligheten

Aspettative in linea con profilo, totalmente disattese. Struttura decadente, servizio non all’altezza, disponibilità per mia “uscita” anticipata negate. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque pernottamento.
