Great value. Super friendly staff. It is within walking distance to many things.

The room is just right warm for the cold winter. However, if the room is not completely soundproof, you can still hear the sound of the next room. It's in the city center, so it's easy to eat and drink. Should try it there

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 8 nights. Best location you can find in hanoi, very clean rooms and the staffs speak good English and provide excellent service. The buffet breakfast was excellent too.

App says breakfast is available. But the hotel lacks staff no breakfast. Also no spa

Lễ tân rất nhiệt tình nhưng phòng rất tối, mặc dù được hỗ trợ thêm cái đèn bàn làm việc nhưng vấn rất tối. Nước trong nhà tắm không thoát được nên chảy hết ra sàn. Đã báo khách sạn nhưng vẫn chưa được khắc phục. Cứ đi tắm là phải kiếm khăn lau vì nước tràn ra phòng rất nhiều. Còn lai các dịch vụ của khách sạn rất ok.

Staff extremely enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem lake, walking street, central location, so it is convenient to go sightseeing and shopping.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They helped me book a spa at their head office (including cab ride) as it was CNY eve and all their spa staff were on leave. Good breakfast with Chicken or Beef Pho and eggs beautifully cooked and delivered personally to you at the breakfast table every morning.
