It was a good stay better then what I expected, staff was also helpful and friendly.

The room was very cold and we couldn't change the temperature; the front desk wasn't very friendly.

Good location, clean, great breakfast. The only think that wasn’t very good was their Wifi would go out in the evening.

The room was dusty, the blanket was dirty . The guy who was in the reception was rude , I asked for towels he got in the actitud , he said come and get it later . It wasn’t hair dryer either. The bathroom shower door was dirty too . I was so tired to complain to them .anyways the way I was treated by the guy I was scared to say something

3rd day at this pleasant hotel and will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Next to major shopping areas. 10 minutes by taxi to centro.

Next to outlet mall and mega grocery store. 3 blocks from large hospital. Neighborhood walk was pleasant.

The hotel looks good. We should have more options for breakfast. They only have eggs and chilaquiles. I wanted chicken and they did not have.

Not sure about the area behind the hotel, area on the other side seemed ok. Discount mall and hospital. Bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down or mopped in a long time. Eating area staff were not super friendly and options were all or nothing for breakfast. Gym equipment did not work. No food options within walking distance.

Es un hotel con buen diseño en los detalles pero mal ejecutados. Se ven tuberías de aire acondicionado, mal hecho el acabado de las paredes y mueble.

Solo había dos Almohadas en cada cama, pedí una más y no me la quisieron dar. La regadera se sale toda el agua. Lo demás todo bien, la habitación grande y limpia.
