Perfect location

Hotel is well located in the city center, it is closed to multiple attractions. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very friendly.

Excelente opción para estar en el centro de Querétaro. Recomendable si es la primera vez que visitas la ciudad y quieres estar cerca de tours y opciones de comida.

Las instalaciones están bien! La ubicación excelente!! Solo un pequeño detalle que no me dejó darle las 5 estrellas! Al llegar nos instalamos y después nos salimos a caminar y al regresar nos dimos cuenta que el refrigerador no funcionaba!! Por lo que al día siguiente se lo comentamos al recepcionista y dijo que lo iban a checar pero nunca lo hicieron! Y eso es algo que no debería de pasar ya que la mayoría de los turistas al regresar a descansar nos llevamos algo para tomar y pues queremos que estén frías las bebidas que compramos!!

I had a lovely stay at Casa Santiago. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food with a great view. It was conveniently located near restaurant and coffee shops.

Nos encantó el lugar, centrico, seguro y limpió y el personal muy atento. Me hubiese gustado que tuvieran secadora en el baño. Gracias

While the room and the hotel was fine, there was a very loud noise coming from above the room and it keep me awake at night.

Great hotel

The hotel had a strange banging noise at night, almost like a pipe hitting the wall. It was pretty distracting and made it hard to sleep. The worst part is that the front desk already knew about this issue and never mentioned it. Aside from that, the room was nice enough and the hotel was in a great location.

Place was very nice and clean, only downside is the walls are a bit thin and you can practically hear everything. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should have no issue. I would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! Felt 100% safe the whole time!
