Loved my stay. Will definitely be back

Overall, nice place, but the bathroom in particular was quite lacking and did not match the overall quality of the room. The shower had cover-over plastic surfacing and it felt unsure when I stood on it. I’m about 200 pounds and 6ft. Additionally, the airport “shuttle” is misleading. It was not an actual shuttle, more a private vehicle and I was charged for the transport. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time because there’s nothing to indicate during booking that the transport was not included.

Like the residence and location Clean & neat. I like the staff.

They have written free shuttle service in Hotels.com, but they charge me 1000 GHS just 10 minutes from airport.

The staff was great! Mark was wonderful, and the front desk really helped with all of our needs. Breakfast was amazing, and the facilities are awesome! I look forward to my next stay!

Breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent. James was excellent. The staff were lovely and easygoing. In fact, the staff are a major component of what makes this hotel a worthwhile stay.

The room was gorgeous, spacious, and well equipped and staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty but would have liked more variety! The pool was hot first thing in the morning which made it difficult to swim. At check out there was a mix up and our deposit was not initially returned, though we were able to return and get it back (I would like to think it was just an honest mistake). Overall it was a pleasant short stay.

Every thing was amazing.

The room was good to look at but there was no service amenities which was very upsetting for the cost. Also although the staff tried to be accommodating checking out was too much of a delay. No bar or restaurant on property and so we were left to order from outside restaurants. How inconvenient and therefore not a great stay.

We have only outstanding comments about Kwarleyz! The staff from the top down and bottom up is absolutely amazing! Our stay was for 2 weeks and to care enough to call before breakfast ends to be certain we had our meal absolutely blew our minds!! When in Accra and you want the first class treatment, stay at Kwarleyz Residence!!!

From start to finish my experience was fantastic. The hotel staff were amazing, can I give a special shout out to James, who was extremely professional. He was very attentive and listened to any minor concerns I may have had. He is an absolute credit to his industry that he works in, along with the other members of staff. My hotel suite was superb, very very clean. The whole hotel looks stunning.. I came to Ghana, Accra in particular in 2024 and my experience then was dismal and very negative. But something was drawing me back to Ghana and I must admit my faith has been restored by the Kwarleyz Residence Hotel experience.. I will be definitely recommending this hotel to people I encounter when I get back to the UK. This Hotel and Staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Well done guys you all are amazing

Their staff and level of customer servvice was quite impressive

My stay at this Hotel was just okay. While the accommodations were decent, I experienced inconsistent communication with staff and felt there was a bit of nickel and diming throughout my visit. I’m still waiting on my deposit to be returned, which has added to my overall disappointment. The experience could have been better with more transparency and professionalism. When I return to Accra, I don’t plan to stay here again.
