Absolutely loved Oasis at Grace Bay. The staff were all extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room and facilities were all very clean and smelled really fresh. The food was phenomenal. The golf cart ride to the beach was only 2 minutes and never had to wait more than a couple minutes if it wasnt there. Beach chairs were padded with covers. Super comfortable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I would probably only stay here in Turks. Amazing property, great neighbourhood and close to the beach.

Absolutely amazing staff and gorgeous vacation spot! The e-bikes were a wonderful experience that we used to see the beautiful island and shop every single day. Alba, Susie, Ivenko, and Ben were a few of the fantastic staff members who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect!

We spent our engagement weekend at The Oasis and it was simply a dream. The staff were amazing. The property was beautiful. And the beach access couldn't have been easier.

Our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay was absolutely amazing — one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The on-site Italian restaurant was an absolute gem — honestly, the best Italian food we've had outside of Italy! The quaint, custom decor throughout the property added so much charm and character. We were greeted with drinks :) Thoughtful amenities like the Nespresso machine in our room and convenient, complimentary rides to the beach were great! The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and memorable stay.

I also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to local restaurants and shops, which were just a short walk away. The bike rentals were a fun way to explore the area, and the staff made renting a car easy and hassle-free. Overall, my experience at the Oasis was fantastic—I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape.

The staff was warm and welcoming.

The hotel is located in the heart of Grace Bay. While not exactly on the beach, one can walk to the hotel's beach facility in a few minutes or take a hotel van. Grace Bay beach is a extraordinary. The hotel has a restaurant and is close to many others.

It’s a nice quiet place to relax, but what makes this property so special is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Literally the best place I’ve stayed in my many years of traveling and visiting new countries. This place was gorgeous, the employees were BEYOND friendly, we became friends with all of them. The food was great. Cheaper than downtown. The bike riding was fun, the free airport transfer was a bonus, and I’m just in awe at how this trip really felt like a vacation because we had no worries. Even when my party was loud one of the nights, security kindly asked us to quiet down but to remain where we were. The kindness there was felt through every single thing we did. I’m bringing my parents this summer!!!

The Staff was super friendly. The room was amazing. It’s the tiny details that sets it apart from other stays. I would highly recommend and possible stay there again’

We had a lovely time at this hotel, it’s not on the beach but you can walk there in about 7 mins. Or they have a golf cart shuttle. Loved the fact they had bikes for us to use, they had electric ones too. Town was about a 10 min walk or a 5 min bike ride. They were so helpful and friendly. It was quiet and small but you really felt like you were in your own little spa. The lounge chairs by the pool were the absolute most comfortable! This place is for you if you want quiet and relaxing.
